The Parliament exists out of 3 main factors,
Chancellor, Senators and Embassies.
The Chancellor is the main figure head; leading the group forward to it’s next goal.
Senator is a role fulled by only the trusted members; giving their undying loyalty to both the Emperor and Chancellor, they have earned the right to vote and help move the group forward.
Embassies consist out of 1st and 2nd tiers, they differ with trust. 1st class Embassies have our full trust and will be helped without hesitation; 2nd class Embassies are mutual interests and often are temporary.
The Emperor is a figure head and does not act in the parliament.
